CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy To ensure that all clients have access to available appointment times and to respect the time reserved for each service, the following cancellation policy is in place: • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-show appointments will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated due to scheduling constraints. In this situation, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. The appointment may then be rescheduled for a future date. I understand that unexpected situations can happen. Cancellation and late arrival fees may be waived or adjusted at my discretion in the event of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and I appreciate your communication if an unforeseen issue arises. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business.
